Fernando Martin Minaudo was appointed Director following the annual ordinary shareholders’ meeting held on June 29, 2007. His term of office expires in June 2012. Mr. Minaudo is a Certified Public Accountant with a degree from the Universidad de Belgrano, in Argentina. He is currently the CFO for Grupo de Narváez, a large Argentine conglomerate. He is also the general manager for Apertura (a publication specializing in business and general information), that is part of the Grupo de Narváez. Prior to his current occupations, he was the Controller and later the Finance and Administration Director for Disco, a large supermarket chain.
