President of CNOOC Southeast Asia Ltd - Fang Zhi Born in 1962, Mr. Fang is a Vice President of CNOOC Limited and the President of CNOOC Southeast Asia Ltd. and is responsible for the company’s businesses in Indonesia. He graduated from Zhejiang University with a B.S. degree and was conferred a MBA degree by the University of Birmingham in 1995. Mr. Fang joined CNOOC in 1982.
