Faiza J. Saeed is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department. Faiza's practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, both domestic and cross-border, and on takeover defense and corporate governance matters.
Faiza was born in Walnut Creek, California. She joined Cravath in 1991 and became a partner in 1999.
