Faiz Simon Director of Real Estate for Fast Track Ventures Faiz Simon has been the Director of Real Estate for Fast Track Ventures since 2003. Faiz oversees $57 million of real estate transactions and has been instrumental in the development of many retail centers and gas stations. Faiz has been involved with the real estate section of the business since the late 1980s, buying properties and building gas stations. Faiz attained his real estate license and has developed properties and businesses in Arizona and California. Simon is one of the youngest people to complete Shell Dealer Training and has also completed dealer training for Mobil, Marathon and Chevron. In 1984, Faiz took over Great Lakes Ice Company, which began in 1979 as a Simon family business with one ice machine. When he assumed control, it had 350 accounts. When it was sold in 1995, Great Lakes Ice Company was the second largest ice manufacturer in Michigan with more than 40 trucks and 1,100 customers. |
