Mr. Rivelis specializes in international "trade remedy" proceedings (e.g., anti-dumping duty cases), export control matters, and matters arising under the multilateral trade agreements of the World Trade Organization.
Mr. Rivelis represents clients before the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. International Trade Commission ("ITC"), and the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative. He also represents clients in anti-dumping cases conducted in foreign countries, including China, Mexico, and South Africa.
