As a principal in multiple startups, he has written successful business plans and raised many millions of dollars in private equity for private companies. He has served as a board member as well as CEO of a variety of privately-held companies.
He is a speaker on a variety of business topics such as exit strategy and succession planning.
As a senior executive in major corporations such as Wang, CCI (Nortel), and others, he led organizations in development, marketing, sales, and business development capacities both domestically and internationally.
He is a Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser and has served as an expert witness in valuing of privately-held technology companies. He is a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers, the National Equipment & Business Brokers Institute, and the International Business Brokers Association. He also serves as a SCORE volunteer, counseling local enterpreneurs in various aspects of small business startup. He also founded and leads a local chapter of a support groiup for bereaved parents. |
