Buddy has 20 years of experience helping health care institutions and government agencies meet business objectives and regulatory requirements through improved management of information technology resources. Buddy has managed IT operations and consulting services, specializing in the turnaround of troubled and ineffective IT operations and implementation projects. Buddy has extensive experience managing system selections and implementations and developing strategic and tactical IT business plans. In addition, Buddy has managed consulting services to help hospitals, health systems and other providers develop practical solutions to achieve compliance with HIPAA regulations and JCAHO licensing requirements.
Before joining Outlook Associates, Buddy held positions as a Director of Consulting for Monterey Bay Group, Regional Director of Information Services for Columbia HCA, CIO/Senior Account Manager for Riverside Community Hospital and Regional Director of Government Outsourcing Services for BRC/CMSI. Buddy is a graduate of the University of California at Riverside, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Master of Arts in Organizational Management.
