Evelyn received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Florida and her Master of Science in Taxation from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has experience working in both private and public accounting. The most significant portion of her career, however, has concentrated on practicing as a public accountant in North Carolina and Virginia assisting closely held businesses, individuals and large corporations with their tax consulting and compliance needs.
Evelyn’s experience includes the preparation of various federal and state income tax returns for individuals, corporations and partnerships. She has coordinated consulting projects focusing on multi-state income tax planning strategies; tax planning for S corporations and shareholders; and tax strategies specific to partnership and limited liability companies. Evelyn’s relevant industry experience includes automotive, transportation, promotion, manufacturing, professional service firms, and real estate development and construction companies. |
