Dr. Ingersoll has 15 years’ experience in exploratory and full-phase drug development and commercialization projects across diverse therapeutic areas, with an emphasis in neurology and neuroprotection. Most recently he served as a staff director for project planning and management at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he managed over 15 exploratory and full development teams, served in a leadership role on the neuroscience strategy team, and played a key role in the annual R&D budget and strategic planning cycles. Prior to joining BMS, he was a project director at PRA International for eight years, where among other activities he directed international Phase III trials in stroke and traumatic brain injury. He completed his undergraduate work at Amherst College and received his Ph.D. in biobehavioral sciences and developmental psychobiology from the University of Connecticut, where he achieved Phi Kappa Phi honors. |
