Evan Goldfarb joined Simmons in September 2000 as Executive Vice President of Marketing and New Business Development. In that role, he oversees all marketing and sales efforts at Simmons while moving the company into new strategic markets.
From 1990 to 2000, Evan worked for Scarborough Research where he served in various executive positions. Among his achievements at Scarborough was the creation of the company's sports marketing division, which generated more than one million dollars in new business. He also managed Scarborough's television sales offices in New York and Chicago. Over the years, Evan developed a clear understanding of the marketing needs of radio stations, advertising agencies, television stations, outdoor companies and sports teams/leagues-valued insights that he brings to Simmons clients. |
