Evan B. Kelson is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s New York office. He is a member of the Firm's Derivatives, Structured Finance, and Financial Products Group and Corporate Group, where his practice focuses on a wide range of securitizations including financings of credit card receivables, consumer loans, trade receivables, and equipment and operating leases. Evan also has experience in the development of new financial products for U.S. and offshore transactions in both the public and private markets.
While attending Brooklyn Law School, Evan was an assistant managing editor of the Journal of Law & Policy.
Evan is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
