He conducts assignments for senior technology roles, such as CIOs, CTOs, CMOs, and Vice Presidents of Sales. He also recruits senior executives responsible for technology-dependent operations and business units. Previously, Eugene held roles of increasing responsibility during 15 years with the MetLife and Prudential Insurance Companies. After several years as a leading Institutional Sales Executive, he joined MetLife’s Institutional eBusiness Group as a Business Development Director. In this role, Eugene was part of a small team responsible for articulating MetLife’s eBusiness value proposition to major institutional clients and consultancies. Utilizing proprietary web portals, third-party integration, and process driven re-engineering, he helped drive significant e-commerce growth to key internal and external stakeholders. Eugene became a key member of a Met Life Enterprise Research Team charged with launching a new line of business. Later, Eugene assumed the role of Managing Director of the company’s Workplace Benefits business, where he had P/L responsibilities, set strategic vision, and managed a national sales and client management team. Eugene is a graduate of John Carroll University. He is based in the firm’s Cleveland office. |
