Gene Holderness is the Chief Operating Officer of the firm. He is responsible for leadership and oversight of all of the business affairs and operations.
Gene’s activities include working with firm leadership on annual and long-range planning, mergers, growth and development, as well as the oversight and supervision of professional managers in the areas of finance, capital investment, technology, telecommunications, human resources, and facilities.
Mr. Holderness has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles in the legal profession. He also served in a variety of business roles with several major corporations. Mr. Holderness holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from Harvard Business School. |
