Eugene S. Katz has served as a member of our Board of Directors since January 17 2007. Mr. Katz is a retired partner of PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Mr. Katz began his service at PwC in 1965 joined the firm permanently in 1969 and became a partner in July 1980. Mr. Katz retired from PwC in June 2006. During Mr. Katz’s service at PwC he was responsible for leading audit engagements of private and public companies and served a variety of clients ranging from start-up companies to larger multi-national public companies. In addition at the PwC Philadelphia office Mr. Katz led the technology practice between 1995 and 1998 the middle market practice between 1988 and 1995 and the retail practice between 1982 and 1998. From 2002 and through his retirement in June 2006 Mr. Katz served as the regional risk management leader in which role he was responsible for all matters affecting audit risk and quality assurance for the firm’s western region. In addition Mr. Katz was a member of the PwC Board of Directors from 1992 to 1997 and from 2001 to 2005. Mr. Katz received his bachelor’s of science degree in business administration from Drexel University. Mr. Katz is a certified public accountant in California and Pennsylvania. |
