Eugene R. Corasanti (age 75) has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company since its incorporation in 1970. Mr. Corasanti is currently a Vice Chairman of the Company after having served as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer from its founding until December 2006 having served as President and Chief Operating Officer from its founding until August 1999. Prior to the founding of the Company Mr. Corasanti was an independent public accountant. Mr. Corasanti holds a B.B.A. degree in Accounting from Niagara University. Eugene R. Corasanti’s son Joseph J. Corasanti is CEO and President and a Director of the Company. |
