Mr. Nettles has has tried approximately 200 jury trials as lead counsel over the past 30 years representing corporations (publicly and closely held) and individuals in complex litigation matters in state and federal courts in Texas and elsewhere in the United States, as well as representation in arbitration, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
