Eugene L. Henderson
Profile : Gene Henderson is of counsel to the Business Services Group. Mr. Henderson has been a practicing attorney for more than 50 years. His immense experience with Indiana law encompasses the areas of mergers and acquisitions, insurance law, corporate law and entrepreneurial business law. Formerly, Mr. Henderson was the founder of Henderson Daily Withrow & DeVoe, a prestigious Indianapolis law firm, founded in 1965. During his illustrious career, Mr. Henderson has been a general partner and investor in a real estate investment limited partnership, the director of a New York Stock Exchange company, the director and officer of two NASDAQ companies, and an officer, director or advisor to numerous other public and private companies. Currently, he serves as counsel to Suros Surgical Systems, Inc. and Franklin College. In addition, Mr. Henderson is involved in various professional, civic and charitable organizations and has received several awards recognizing his professional and personal achievements.
