Esmina serves as the company’s senior director of fulfillment, providing oversight for all of RSMR’s recruiting assignments and internal resource allocation. In addition to her management responsibilities, Esmina leads executive and senior management search assignments for clients in manufacturing, engineering, consumer goods and professional services. Her experience in operations helps her build strong teams that deliver timely solutions to organizational problems. Esmina graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. |
