Erwin A. Frei was born on May 13, 1957 in Liestal/BL (Switzerland). He graduated from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich, obtained his PhD from the University of Bern, and holds an MBA postgraduate degree from the University of St. Gallen. Erwin A. Frei occupied various positions with Leica Geosystems. From 2001 through 2005, he was President and CEO of Leica Geosystems HDS in the U.S. He has been in charge of the Engineered Products division since June 1, 2006. |
