Industry veteran, Ernest Muir, is chief executive officer of Verifichi, an Innovativ Systems Design (ISD) company, where he is responsible for the overall direction of the Company.
Muir created Verifichi in 2005 to build on the success of the ITVerify technology incubated by ISD – a company that Muir also started. ITVerify is a patented data warehouse solution, which provides a flexible and agile framework to equip decision makers with a centralized view of system, network and application information
Throughout his career, Muir has demonstrated leadership in management and building teams of highly trained professionals in the technology and software sector, while stimulating new business ideas for spin off companies.
Muir started ISD in 1999 grew the company from a start-up, to a corporation with revenue in excess of $150 million. Since then, he has restructured ISD into a technology incubator and spun off a family of companies including Verifichi, Innovativ, a solutions integrator and leading provider of mobility, identity management, server-centric computing, integration services, hardware, middleware and storage ; Clique Communications, developers of Web and video communications solutions; and Wild Empire, producers and distributors of film on demand.
Under his direction, Innovativ has achieved significant growth and is currently one of Sun Microsystems’ largest Value Added Resellers (VAR). The Company has also received numerous industry accolades for their accomplishments since start up. Innovativ has been listed in the top 200 of the VAR Business 500 and has been ranked among the top 500 Solutions Providers, Consultants, Integrators and Service Organizations in North America since 2001.
Prior to starting ISD, Muir spent 25 years in the technology and software marketplace, starting with Coordinated Systems and Services Corporation (CSSC). CSSC was dedicated to building and delivering premiere proprietary software solutions and services for the publishing industry.
He holds a bachelor of science in accounting and finance from Rider University. |
