Erin McNamee has been in the recruiting industry since 1990. Her educational background encompasses many areas, which have served to develop a proficiency in recruiting for the technical industry. These include Psychology, Physical Sciences, Business, and Economics. Her success over the years is due to a combination of natural high energy, and an excellent ability to quickly assess the needs of individuals and companies. She enjoys her work immensely as proven by her enthusiasm and placement and retention success. On a personal basis, she enjoys "alone" time reading and listening to music; watching sci-fi and really scary films; and getting filthy dirty in the garden. Camping and adventurous outings are extremely important to her. She has taken up the piano, African and Celtic drumming, and clock repair. Travel to exotic places or anywhere out of the city is pertinent for her sanity. Flying and ballroom dancing are next.
