Erin T. Welsh, an associate with the firm, practices in the firm’s Litigation Group with a current focus on products liability defense. Erin previously served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Jack L. Lintner, P.J.A.D., Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. Prior to her clerkship, Erin gained invaluable legal experience as a summer associate at Norris McLaughlin & Marcus where she co-authored an article published by the American Law Institute American Bar Association entitled The Recent Expansion of Traditional Products Liability Personal Injury Claims Into More Complex Claims and Investigations.
Erin also worked on complex tort and environmental litigation as a summer associate for a New York City law firm. While studying at Seton Hall Law School, she served as a Comments Editor on the Editorial Board of the Seton Hall Law Review and, upon graduation, was inducted into the Order of the Coif. |
