Erin F. Henderson concentrates her practice in the area of product liability litigation. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and has successfully litigated cases to verdict in these jurisdictions. Ms. Henderson has given several lectures to both attorney and trade organizations regarding product liability issues. She was recently named a 2005 Rising Star in the Legal Profession. Rising Stars are the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in Pennsylvania who are 40 years or under or have been in practice for 10 years or less. Ms. Henderson is a 1991 graduate of Williams Wood College, with a B.A. in Business Administration and English Communications. She graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 1995, where she served on the Moot Court Board and was awarded Distinguished Speaker honors at the Tulane Moot Court Invitational. Ms. Henderson served a clerkship with the Honorable Linda Wallach Miller, Court of Common Pleas, Monroe County, Pennsylvania after law school. |
