Mr. Quist provides EODT with more than 20 years of commercial and government contracting experience as our Director, Business and Legal Affairs. He also serves in the roles of Corporate Counsel and Facility Security Officer. He provides management oversight of the Contracts, Administrative, Records, HR, Staffing, Travel, and IT Departments as well as publishing EODT’s Policies and Procedures and maintaining EODT’s multiple GSA Contracts. Mr. Quist also provides Senior Management oversight for EODT subsidiaries. He directs all internal and external legal matters including coordination of outside counsel; and international business and contractual relationships for EODT’s offices in Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Experience includes long-term deployment in Iraq to help manage EODT’s business interests which included the establishing of multiple Iraqi companies. Additional duties include providing assistance for new business initiatives, insurance, and risk management matters. Mr. Quist also serves as the Trustee/Administrator of the company 401(k) Plan. He is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and New York. |
