Mr. Essiger has extensive international business experience, providing professional advisory services in the field of mergers & acquisitions to corporate clients in different business sectors. His proven expertise includes corporate finance, strategic decision-making, corporate restructuring and management, having served as executive or board member to several private and public companies worldwide. He also served a senior manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, in Frankfurt, Germany.
Mr. Essiger has 18 years experience of managing commercial due diligence and strategy development projects across a wide variety of sectors, in particular within the energy sector, media and telecommunications, as well as business services.
As early as in 1995 Mr. Essiger became member of the German Russian Cooperation Council. Prior to that he was consultant to the German Federal Government. |
