Erik was previously a Managing Director for the Boston-based investment banking firm of Lane Berry & Company, International. He spent the bulk of his fourteen years in investment banking at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where he was a Managing Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. He joined Credit Suisse First Boston as a Managing Director in its Mergers & Acquisitions Group after the firm acquired DLJ. He has extensive mergers and acquisitions experience and has worked across a broad array of industries, with concentrated deal experience in the business services, distribution, building products and technology sectors. Erik is a 1984 graduate of the University of Washington with a BA in Business Administration and received his MBA in Finance with Distinction in 1990 from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. |
