Mr. Prusch joined Borland Software Corporate in November 2006 as Chief Financial Officer, where he is responsible for all financial operations as well as investor relations activities. He brings to Borland almost 20 years of financial and operational management experience having held executive positions at such leading companies as Intuit, Gateway, PepsiCo and Koch Industries.
Mr. Prusch joined Borland from Intuit Inc. where he was Vice President of Finance for Intuit’s Consumer Tax Group. In that role, he oversaw the financial operations of one of Intuit’s largest revenue and profit generating business units. Before joining Intuit in January 2004, he was Chief Financial Officer for Identix Incorporated, a biometrics technology company. Mr. Prusch was held the positions of Vice President and CFO for Finance and Operations at Gateway Business, a $4 billion division of Gateway Computers, and Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions for Koch Industries, the second largest privately held company in the U.S. with sales in excess of $35 billion.
Mr. Prusch holds an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He also holds a BA in Economics from Yale University. |
