Erica E. Paulson is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office. She is a member of the Trial Department and the White Collar Criminal Defense practice group.
Erica’s practice focuses on litigation and special investigations. Prior to joining McDermott, she had been an associate with two law firms in Washington, D.C.
While in law school, Erica was executive editor of the Virginia Law Review. She also participated in the Child Advocacy Clinic. Prior to law school, she served as a legislative correspondent and staff assistant to United States Senator Charles Robb.
Erica is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
