Eric Wenick brings investment banking and strategic advisory expertise to the MHT team. Prior to joining MHT Partners, he was a founding partner of Serra Partners, a strategic advisory firm based in Menlo Park, CA, that served companies ranging in size from $1 million to $50 million in revenue. Eric also spent three years at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where he developed expertise in public and private corporate finance, M&A and financial advisory. His experience includes assignments in the Internet infrastructure, enterprise software, biotech, electronics manufacturing, pulp & paper, regulated utilities and independent power industries.Eric has an MBA from Stanford Business School and graduated from Yale University with a BA in Economics and Molecular Biophysics & Biochemistry. He is also a member of the Texas Nanotechnology Initiative. |
