Mr. Pulier has served as a director since November 2004. Currently, Mr. Pulier serves as the Founder and Executive Chairman of SOA Software, Inc., a position which he has held since 2001. Mr. Pulier also served as a Director and/or founder of multiple technology companies in the United States, including US Interactive, Inc., Gluecode, Inc., Media Platform On-Demand, Santa Monica Media Corporation, a publicly-traded company, and the Center for Telecommunications Management. Mr. Pulier has been a pioneer in the software and digital interactive industries for over 15 years. He has been instrumental in establishing ground-breaking companies in several sectors including corporate communications, professional services, security and enterprise software. Mr. Pulier is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Harvard University. |
