Eric is an Associate in our Denver office. His primary role is to screen and conduct due diligence for possible and current engagements. Eric assists in the marketing of distressed and non-distressed companies in the natural resources, energy and manufacturing sectors. His understanding of real estate and operational entities provides a solid base of understanding to the GCP team. Prior to joining GCP, Eric worked at Capital International Management where he focused on raising capital for a technology start up as well as assisted in the development of a natural food retail chain in the Middle East. Previously, he worked at AIC Ventures, a private REIT, where he conducted market research and due diligence for Fund V, a $250 million portfolio. Eric earned his B.B.A in Corporate Finance/Marketing at St. Mary’s University and his M.A in Global Finance at the University Of Denver Graduate School Of International Studies. Eric is also a Return Peace Corps Volunteer from Peru 2002-04. |
