Mr. Mattson is a Senior Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of VeriCenter. He has more than 29 years of corporate finance experience, including 19 years at Baker Hughes, Inc., a leading NYSE energy services company. While at Baker Hughes, Mr. Mattson served as SVP and CFO and was responsible for financial operations, investor relations, and merger and acquisition-related activity. In the latter arena, he was responsible for acquisitions and divestitures aggregating in excess of $8 billion and more than $3 billion of debt and equity financing transactions. Mr. Mattson also served as Executive Vice President and CFO of NetRail, Inc., a Tier 1 Internet transit provider based in Atlanta, where he successfully raised $75 million in initial venture capital backing. Mr. Mattson has served on the board of directors of several NYSE companies and is currently on the Board of National Oilwell Varco Inc., a leading energy services company. |
