Mr. Knipfer joined IsoRay in 2006 with extensive background not only in brachytherapy but in radiation safety and distribution as well. A former certified Radiation Safety Officer, Mr. Knipfer has an extensive background in prostate cancer treatment, as well as other treatments such as SRS, SRT, IGRT, and IMRT. Prior to his arrival at IsoRay, Mr. Knipfer was the Brachytherapy Director for the Prostate Services of America and Amertek Medical. Subsequently, Mr. Knipfer has played a pivotal role in the development and implementation of programs in over 80 medical establishments and participated in market leading product platforms for prostate brachytherapy.
Mr. Knipfer holds B.S. in microbiology from the University Of Oklahoma.
