Eric Hutchinson serves as the Director of Consulting at TIE Commerce. As Director of Consulting, Eric is responsible for the management of day-to-day operations and performance of all personnel responsible for the delivery of B2B Implementation Services, Product Training, Pre-Sales/Sales Engineering, and Value-Added Network support services. Eric got his start at TIE Commerce working as a Sales Manager/Sales Executive in 1999. Since joining TIE Commerce, Eric has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility at the company, which include: Sales Executive, Project Rollout Manager and Implementation Projects Manager. Prior to his experience with TIE Commerce, Eric has worked for a variety of companies within, and independent of, the eCommerce and Technology industries. From 2001-2002, Eric was a Partner at Eclipse Sales Associates, Inc., a startup of an independent sales rep group for various outdoor recreation products. Eric has extensive experience as a Technician, having worked as Lead Rollout Technician for MicroAge / Pinacor, as well as Lead Technician for Consolidated Management Corporation and hails from a broad managerial background, having worked as Production Manager for Humphreys Industrial Products and as General Manager for PreTech Industries. Eric attended the Babson College SBA of New England Entrepreneurial Management Program and holds a B.A. in Marketing Communication from the University of New Hampshire. |
