Mr. Hanke is the Chief Investment Officer. His activities include overseeing the origination of new investment opportunities and capital raising activities, marketing and investor relations. Prior to joining BellaVista Capital, Mr. Hanke was an investment-banking associate in the Real Estate Capital Markets Group, for Andersen Global Corporate Finance based in San Francisco and Washington D.C. He was responsible for negotiating, analyzing and researching various types of real estate capital markets assignments including mergers and acquisitions, private placements, company and portfolio sales and strategic capital markets consulting. Mr. Hanke has been in the real estate investment industry since 1991. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and is a California licensed real estate broker. Mr. Hanke earned his B.A. in economics from the University of California at Irvine and a M.B.A., with an emphasis in real estate and finance, from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. |
