Eric Grimshaw joined ONEOK, Inc. in May 2002, and currently holds the position of corporate secretary and associate general counsel.
Previously, he served as vice president, general counsel and secretary at Syntroleum Corporation. Prior to joining Syntroleum, he was a partner with Pray, Walker, Jackman, Williamson & Marlar.
Grimshaw is a past president and past chairman of the Tulsa Opera board of directors. He is also a past chairman of Junior Achievement of Greater Tulsa and past secretary of the Oklahoma Alliance of Manufacturing Excellence.
He is a member of the American, Oklahoma and Tulsa County Bar Associations, and he is a member of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals and the National Investor Relations Institute.
A Tulsa native, Grimshaw earned a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Colorado and received his juris doctorate from The University of Tulsa in 1977. |
