Business Litigation

Eric Rothblum is an Associate who primarily practices business litigation and criminal defense. As a member of Polsinelli Shughart's litigation group, he represents a wide range of corporate, institutional and individual clients as a business litigator. He also represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of cases and has substantial experience litigating cases to trial.

In addition to his civil practice, Mr. Rothblum is a former major felony prosecutor who successfully brought many cases to trial verdicts. He has also conducted numerous comprehensive investigations to obtain dismissals for clients prior to trial.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Rothblum represented the State of Arizona in criminal prosecutions where he maintained a high conviction rate and received multiple awards of recognition for his exceptional work. He has participated in trial preparation and presentation in federal district court, state court and limited jurisdiction courts throughout Maricopa County. Mr. Rothblum has successfully tried cases involving competing scientific expert testimony and was the trial attorney in a case that resulted in a favorable published appeals court opinion.
