Mr. Zarnikow was appointed to Caraustar's board in February 2005. He is Chair of the Audit Committee. Mr. Zarnikow is Senior Vice President and Treasurer of The ServiceMaster Company, a Fortune 500 company that provides services to residential and commercial markets. He began his employment at The ServiceMaster Company in 1994 as Vice President and Treasurer and was promoted to the position as Senior Vice President and Treasurer in 1999. From 1987 to 1994, he was Vice President and Treasurer of Gaylord Container Corporation, a manufacturer of linerboard and corrugated containers. He was employed at Deloitte & Touche from 1981 to 1987. |
