Eric I. Niehaus was born in San Diego, California. Mr. Niehaus received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 1999 and his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law, cum laude, in 2005, where he was a member of the California Western Law Review. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Niehaus worked as a Market Maker on the American Stock Exchange in New York, and the Pacific Stock Exchange in San Francisco. Mr. Niehaus is admitted to the California Bar and to all United States District Courts in California. His practice includes complex securities litigation and shareholder derivative litigation. |
