Eric H. Melzer is an associate in the firm's Corporate Department and member of the Technology Practice Group. Mr. Melzer previously served as an assistant district attorney in Kings County, New York. Prior to that, he was an associate with a law firm in the state of New York. A graduate of Yeshiva University, summa cum laude, he received his law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a master of laws concentrating in corporate and trade regulation laws from New York University School of Law. Mr. Melzer’s practice focuses on transactional corporate work ranging from the establishment of small businesses to setting up franchise systems on behalf of franchisors. Mr. Melzer’s practice also centers on intellectual property law including trademark and copyright law. Mr. Melzer also handles various antitrust and regulatory matters. Mr. Melzer is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. |
