Mr. Parsons is Chairman President and Chief Executive Officer of StanCorp and our principal subsidiary Standard Insurance Company. Prior to his appointment as President and CEO Mr. Parsons was President and Chief Operating Officer of StanCorp and Standard Insurance Company. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer and has held management positions in finance investments mortgage loans and real estate since joining the Company in 1968. Mr. Parsons is Chairman of the Portland Development Commission a special purpose government agency which fulfills the city’s urban renewal housing and economic development functions. |
