Eric A. Young was elected a director at the 2001 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Mr. Young joined QuietFlex Manufacturing as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in August 2000. QuietFlex is a manufacturer of flexible ductwork for the HVAC industry. QuietFlex also develops logistical solutions for HVAC distributors with a desire to improve their inventory turnover and net profit margin. From 1990 until 1999 Mr. Young was President of Comfort Supply Inc. one of the nations largest independent distributors of HVAC products. Watsco Inc. acquired Comfort Supply in 1993. Mr. Young was promoted to Group Vice President of Watsco Inc. in 1999. From 1986 until 1990 Mr. Young was a controller for a publicly traded holding company and began his career with Arthur Andersen in 1982. Mr. Young is the Chairman of the Compensation Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. |
