Eric Boden is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the New York office. He is a member of the Trial Department.
Prior to law school, Eric served as an engineering officer in the United States Navy aboard two Naval Vessels. During the Summer of 2004, Eric worked for the United States Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in the Criminal Division.
While in law school, Eric was a citations editor for the Wake Forest Intellectual Property Law Journal.
Eric is admitted to practice in New York as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York.
