Ms. Bronfeld was an outside director from December 2002 until December 2005. She was a member of our Audit Committee, Financial Statement Review Committee and Administration Committee. From 1996-2002, Ms. Bronfeld worked at Tahal Consulting Engineers Ltd., for two years as Assistant to the General Manager and Corporate Secretary and for four years as the General Manager of one of Tahal Consulting Engineers Ltd.'s subsidiaries. Ms. Bronfeld is a director of Yahav Massad Mutual Funds Ltd., Arel Communications and Software Ltd and Okiana Advanced Industries Ltd.
