Engrid Winslow is a paralegal in Faegre & Benson’s Denver office. Engrid has assisted attorneys in the areas of corporate law and litigation for over 17 years. She has assisted attorneys in representing clients in a wide variety of litigation areas for 15 of those years, including construction law, employment law, criminal pro bono matters, personal injury and products liability. Engrid also has experience in the environmental and malpractice law arenas. Engrid’s litigation experience and responsibilities include: Extensive experience in attending trials and trial preparation Legal Research Expertise in public speaking, training and presentations Witness interviewing and factual investigation Assisting attorneys with all aspects of civil litigation Discovery review and management Gathering and review of documents Expert witness preparation Database management Preparation of exhibits Drafting simple motions, responses, petitions, answers, disclosures, case management orders and other memoranda Engrid received her B.A. from Mesa State College in Grand Junction, Colorado and her Paralegal Degree from Metro State College in Denver. She is a member of the Colorado Association of Litigation Support Managers (COALSM), a past president and newsletter editor of the Rocky Mountain Paralegal Association (RMPA), a former treasurer and national representative of the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA) and is also a Notary Public. |
