Emory Schmidt is Vice President of Brazeway, Inc. Brazeway is a world-wide leader of extruded aluminum tubing and heat transfer components with facilities in the U.S., Latin America, Europe and Asia. Mr. Schmidt serves as Chairman of the Executive Committee and also serves on the Finance Committee and the Compensation Committee of Pavilion Bancorp, Inc. He also serves as Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Bank of Lenawee and is a member of its Asset/Liability Committee. He also serves as a member of the Adrian College Business Advisory Board, is the Vice President of the Adrian Schools Education Foundation, and an Executive Committee Member of Lenawee Health Alliance. Mr. Schmidt resides in Adrian, Michigan. |
