Emmett McGrath joined On Assignment Lab Support in September of 2004. McGrath has 19 years of staffing experience, gained from a successful career at the The Yoh Company, one of the nations oldest and largest privately held technology staffing organizations. During his tenure at Yoh, Mr. McGrath held most staffing positions: from Technical Recruiter, Account Manager, Branch and District Management, VP to Regional President. As Regional President, Mr. McGrath was responsible for core lines of businesses such as Scientific, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare, Telecommunications and (VOP) Vendor on Premise programs. Mr. McGrath has extensive experience in business development, strategic planning and operation management and design. Business development experience includes small, middle market and fortune 500 customers. Mr. McGrath has managed a revenue base in excess of $100 million and has managed operations in major markets across the country. In addition, Mr. McGrath served on Yoh’s Executive Committee and the Chairman’s Board of the Day & Zimmermann Group, the $1 billion dollar parent company. Mr. McGrath brings to On Assignment Lab Support a wealth of hands-on operations and executive experience.
Mr. McGrath has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration, emphasis in Human Resources from California State University, Northridge.
