Emmanuel Hernandez is currently chief financial officer of SunPower Corporation. He is responsible for supporting SunPower's rapid manufacturing ramp-up and business expansion.He was previously senior vice president of finance and administration and chief financial officer of Cypress Semiconductor, where he was responsible for worldwide financial reporting, tax and treasury, investor relations, and business development.Prior to joining Cypress, Mr. Hernandez worked at National Semiconductor for 17 years where he held a variety of finance positions, culminating with his appointment to director of corporate accounting.Mr. Hernandez is also a board member and chairman of the audit committee of On Semiconductor Corp. |
