Elyse S. Bluth is a managing director of Duff & Phelps, LLC. Since joining Duff & Phelps in 1984, she has been involved in a wide variety of financial consulting, valuation, and fairness opinion assignments for acquisitions and divestitures, ESOPs, financing, and general corporate and tax-related purposes. She has advised on numerous ESOP transactions for both public and private companies and has dealt with ESOP issues such as liquidity, specialized ESOP securities, multi-investor leveraged buyouts, and sale of ESOP stock. Ms. Bluth graduated from Bryn Mawr College with an A.B. in mathematics and received her M.B.A. in finance from the University of Chicago. She is a member of the ESOP Association and the Business Valuation Association and is a chartered financial analyst. |
