L. Elliott Goldstein, Special Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Black Rock Capital, LLC, has been associated with BRC since December 1997. Prior to his association with BRC, Mr. Goldstein was Senior Vice President-General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Phoenixcor Holdings, Inc., a middle market leasing and commercial finance company with specific interests in graphic arts, packaging and paper converting industries. Mr. Goldstein, also, served as a senior partner at Becker, Goldstein and Graff, a commercial law practice located in New York City. He received a Bachelor of Science from New York University and a Juris Doctorate from Fordham University.
